A measure board costs 35 € and shipping is 15 € per order, regardless of how many boards you order. All prices include VAT, calculated according to the VAT rate of your delivery country. Payment is made by card or the other methods offered in checkout and is charged when you place the order.

Boards ship from our office to addresses within Europe. We ship your order no later than 18 September 2026. We cannot guarantee delivery before the competition starts — packages may be held up in customs in some countries. If we cannot ship your order, we cancel it and refund you in full.

As a consumer in the EU you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Notify us at info@europeanpikemasters.com and return the board in essentially unchanged condition. You pay the cost of the return shipment. We refund the price of the goods and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving your return, using the same payment method you used.

If a board arrives damaged or faulty, email us with a photo within a reasonable time. You are entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund under EU consumer law, and we pay the return shipping in these cases.

Competition entry fees are separate from board sales and are non-refundable once the groups have been drawn after the entry deadline. Competition rules are published on the 2026 competition page.

Contact us first and we will do our best to solve the matter. If we cannot agree, you may turn to the consumer dispute body in your country or to the EU online dispute resolution platform.
